We have lived at 5 Oaks for 7 months now, and we have had a great experience so far. The complex is quiet for the most part, a lot quieter than our previous house in a neighborhood. We love walking the complex at night, it is so relaxing. We often enjoy the heated salt water pool and the play ground with our daughter. The dog washing station is a god send with our dog who hates baths.
